Welcome, Pledge of Allegiance and Words from the President
Mr. Range called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM ET. In-person participation count was 18 attendees.
Approval of Minutes from Last Meeting
Mr. Range asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the February 6, 2025, meeting as presented on the website. Tammy Kozinski made a motion, seconded by Fran Dougherty. Motion passed.
President’s Report
Mr. Range reported on the following:
• Welcome to Regional Coordinator and Sanford Chapter Vice President Jason Price and President David Hempstead who were invited to the meeting.
• Bike Week 2025: Mr. Range provided details and updates on Indian Riders events for 2025, including:
o Jack Daniels event in Chattanooga, TN (October 9-11, 2025). Registration just opened and this year there are two recommended hotels available (Double Tree and Holiday Inn). Announcement that there will be a Ghost Riders special edition ride to Brushy Mountain Penitentiary. More information on the event website.
o Ghost Riders in St Augustine on April 11-12. There will be a scenic ride to Whole Shot on Saturday. The deadline to register is March 15.
o The Gathering charity event in Maggie Valley, NC. May 29-31.
• Mr. Price then reported on the events happening in the region:
o Thank you to IMRG 1949 for organizing daily rides during Bike Week. o Saturday March 1 Owners ride last-minute updates: the number of riders is expected to be between 200-300, breakfast starting at 8 AM, State Troopers will be escorting group. There will be a raffle to benefit Folds of Honor and tickets will be sold before the ride, draw upon returning to dealership. Proceeds will be credited towards IMRG 1949 for Folds of Honor.
o The official announcement of the 2025 National Charity Ride in September, to benefit Folds of Honor will take place this Bike Week.
o Block Party on Saturday March 1 at 6 pm, an area on Main Street will be closed, there will be live music, and owners will need to present their key fob to enter.
o Tail Gate Party for Owners only at Intl. Speedway on Friday March 7. o Demo trucks and test rides for the new Power Plus line.
o Saturday March 8 Owners ride to Sanford dealership for breakfast, raffle and ride to Renegades on the River for a corporate sponsored lunch. Mr. Price called for volunteers and Safety Officers to help out.
o The future goals is to make Bike Week focused on Indian Motorcycles. o The Annual IMRG Regional Council took place in Las Vegas, NV with the participation of all Regional Coordinators and Ambassadors. The new Power Plus lineup was introduced and was available for test rides.
o Support to Indian Ladies First and International Female Ride Day on May 3.
Vice President’s and Membership Report
Mr. Dougherty reported:
• Welcome and introduction to new member Jerry DiAntonio.
• Reminder of the 2025 Mileage Masters Contest: please send Mr. Dougherty a picture of your odometer, and the rider with the most accumulated miles by February 2026 will receive an award.
Treasurer’s Report
Ms. Kozinski reported the following:
• Report on the current balance in the bank account, cash funds and expenses incurred in the last month (safe box and awning).
• Former President Mike Viens will be meeting with former Treasurer’s daughter Lynnae Buie on March15 to resolve access to the Wells Fargo bank account with the IMRG funds.
Action Item: Report outcome at next meeting.
• The new IMRG cash safe box that is kept on site at the dealership will be available to be used during Bike Week next month. Ms. Kozinski and Connor at the dealership have access. (A new safe had to be purchased atier the existing one was damaged and deemed unusable).
Secretary Report:
Ms. Dougherty had no updates.
Web Director’s Report:
Web Director Joshua Benham was absent, and Mr. Range reported on his behalf: • A request for members to continue to give their feedback and suggestions and send to Mr. Benham materials for the website and social media pages.
• Mr. Benham is boosting the IMRG presence on social media (Instagram and Facebook groups).
Safety Director’s Report
Mr. Morris reminded the group of the following: Road Captains to give a safety prep before each daily ride; don’t forget to sign ride waivers and a special mention that all rides end upon arriving at restaurants (zero tolerance for alcohol at IMRG rides).
Activities Committee’s Report
Ms. Davis reported on the following:
• The IMRG tent will be operating from 10 AM until 5 PM each day of Bike Week.
• Ask for more volunteers to help, please sign up!
• Ride waivers are good for all daily rides.
• The IMRG will be selling T-shirts, patches, raffle tickets (prizes will be on display). Our dealership donated items for the raffle: a half helmet and a $25 gift certificate. • There will be a ring-toss game.
• Mr. Duckworth secured a donation of visor cleaning bottles from KlockWerks for a Cleaning Station.
• When signing up all new members it will always be asked if they belong to another IMRG, and which one is their primary chapter (to avoid duplicates when reporting numbers to Indian Corporate).

Not being any further business, Mr. Range adjourned the meeting at 8:45 PM EST.
