Vice President’s and Membership Report
 Mr. Dougherty reported there are no new members at this time, the current
number is 59. Membership numbers are down, mainly because of the lack of online
credit card dues payment capabilities.
 Mr. Dougherty also talked about the Viking Bags sponsorship we were able to
secure, and showed the item donated to our IMRG. Viking Bags are currently being
featured in our sponsors page on our website.

Treasurer’s Report

 Ms. Kozinski was absent, and Mr. Range reported on her behalf about the status of
the claim to get back the IMRG funds currently held at Wells Fargo bank. Mr. Range
has made significant progress, and the refund is being processed. He also
mentioned we will not be closing the account; however, settings and privileges will
be changed so as to not encounter issues in the future. More to come at the next
meeting.
Action Items:
Follow-up on Wells Fargo funds recovery and PayPal payment option on our
website.
Secretary Report:
 Ms. Dougherty had no updates to report at this time.
Web Director’s Report:

make tweaks and fixes to the website. We also learned that Coretta Loughmiller,
Jeff Duckworth and Joshua Benham are currently admins to the IMRG 1949
Instagram page.
Safety Director’s Report
 Mr. Morris was absent. Jeff Duckworth mentioned that the group needs additional
Road Leaders/Captains, and that we need to expand our database of rides and
routes (currently stored in Ride Command). Gary Loughmiller volunteered to be a
Road Captain and mentioned that he has new rides he will be sharing with M.
Duckworth.
Activities Committee’s Report

participating.
