Monthly Meeting Minutes for the Indian Motorcycle Riders Group

Welcome, Pledge of Allegiance and Words from the President
Mr. Range called the meeting to order at 6:35 PM ET. In-person participation count was 28
attendees. Mr. Range welcomed members present and mentioned that this is a special
meeting planned as a new member orientation. There will be trivia questions and prizes
throughout the meeting.
Approval of Minutes from Last Meeting
Mr. Range asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the October 2, 2025, meeting as
presented on the website. Tammy Kozinski made a motion, seconded by Deborah Hinzman.
Motion passed.
President’s Report
Mr. Range briefly reported on the following:
 Debrief on the Biketoberfest IMRG ride, which due to flooding in the area, had a
change in route.
 Debrief on the Jacks Daniel’s Owners Series event in Chattanooga, TN.
 November Rides: 11/8: Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing, 11/14: Native Rhythms
Festival, 11/23: Woodpeckers BBQ.
 Reminder of the officers’ election at the December meeting.
Vice President’s and Membership Report
 Mr. Dougherty reported on next year’s IMRG participation at Indian Owner’s events:
The Gathering, Durango Rendesvouz, Jack Daniels.
 The IMRG website will soon have a credit card payment option, which Mr. Benham
is working on implementing.
Treasurer’s Report
 Mr. Range, as acting Treasurer, reported on the chapter available funds.
Secretary Report:
 Ms. Dougherty introduced herself to the new members and mentioned that later at
this meeting she will be doing a short presentation on Indian Ladies First.
Web Director’s Report:
 Mr. Benham was absent.

Safety Director’s Report
 Mr. Morris was absent.
Activities Committee’s Report
Ms. Davis reported on the following:
 Happening at the monthly meeting on Thursday December 4 at Houligan’s: officers’
elections and IMRG 1949 Christmas party, with an ugly sweater contest and games.
Bring a $10 wrapped gift.
 Friday December 5 ride to benefit Magnolia Manor Assisted Living facility in
Daytona Beach. Asking for donations of toiletries, socks, candy and other items.
KSU from dealership at 1:30 PM.
 Sunday December 7 Multichapter IMRG Christmas party in Mt. Dora from 11 AM to
4 PM, followed by a parade at 5 PM. KSU from RaceTrac at 9:30 AM. Bring a toy for
ages 6-18.
 December 20 ride to Puddle Jumpers in Tavares. KSU 9:30 AM from dealership.
New Member Orientation
 3 new members were warmly welcomed.
 Connor Myskiew, assistant manager at the Daytona Beach Indian dealership shared
information on the recent purchase of Indian Motorcycle by Private Equity firm Carolwood
LP. No changes expected.
 Mr. Dougherty did a presentation on safety tips for riding in a group.
 Ms. Dougherty presented on Indian Ladies First.

 With no further business, Mr. Range adjourned the meeting at 8:15 PM ET.
